To small,i was thinking is much bigger but to small for regular candles, and can't find candles for this size

Tarnished and very small!
It came defective ( tarnished looking). Unfortunately when I tried to return it, I got a message saying that the item isn't eligible for return. I'm An unsatisfied costumer for sure .
