Like the color and layout of this bag
Like the color and layout of this bag. Served me well for my vacation. Zippers look and feel strong and well made. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it is a soft bottom and has no panel on the bottom of the bag to make it more rigid as I had in other duffel bags I used in the past. If there were a rigid base in this bag it would be worth more than 5 stars.

I purchased the backpack first. Great product travels well. Enjoyed it so much bought the overnight. Great products for traveling.

NOT built for travel, seller eBags said oops, go away
First impression of this bag positive for organization, size, apparent quality. However, first use in travel: shoulder strap failed at plastic hardware. Later in same trip, bag came down airport baggage ramp with front pocket zipper open, slider (and contents) gone.Seller eBags said too bad, too late, since 1st use about 6 weeks out, WE don’t care.

I have other SwissGear travel items that are made with better quality material. Perhaps that's why this price was set so low...

sturdy bag for traveling
This bag is well made. My husband loves it, he uses it for travel as well as keeping gym/golf clothes in his truck. The bag gets tossed around quite a bit and has held up better than others.

Great quality, great look
I bought this as a gift for my future son-in-law and he loves it, especially the way the shoe/dirty laundry liner expands as far into the bag as is necessary (he is tall and thin and wears size 12 shoes). Great quality, great look.

Got the matching backpack and loved it so much, I had to get the matching duffle bag!! Very durable, stylish and spacious. I’m very impressed with the shoe compartment!! My size 13’s fit in there. TSA FRIENDLY!!
