Definitely not for a long hike as the water bottle sleeve is too small but my S’well 9 oz bottle fits nicely. Also love the inside pocket for wallet/keys and the pocket on the shoulder strap fits my iPhone 16 Pro. Don’t think the Pro Max would fit though. I am very pleased with this product. Love the berry colour.
