This one is an improvement over the last one. My original one did not have the bait bag. I am very pleased. After only a few days in operation, it has trapped lots of mosquitoes. We live in the south and I can't sit out in my gazebo without being plagued with mosquitoes and other flying pests. With this Skeete Vac, we can enjoy the outdoors with minimal nuisance from them. I hope this product will continue to be manufactured. It was difficult to find one and when I did, there were only a few left. From what I understand, it's most effective after 6 weeks... catch the breeding adults in your area before they can breed and restart the cycle. We'll see if there are fewer mosquitoes in our deck and yard area (supposedly covers about 1/2 acre) in the summer.
