Easy setup and got use to the hearing aids quickly. May need several attempts to pair with phone correctly but once connected no issues. For me the product works well.

Lasted 4 days and the battery’s would only last 5hrs and then the left hearing aid would not charge at all, very frustrating.

Very good and versatile hearing amplifiers, however the charging case does not recharge 3 times as advertised in fact if you have 50% charge left in the charging case it will discharge one of the amplifiers and then have no charge left. Also the app does not retain connection so you have to reconnect each time you open it even when it is running in the background on your phone

Only got them yesterday, 4 Dec 25, so still learning. So far working great with same day delivery. They are well made and the app is working well. Will follow up on this review when I've had more time with them.

Only just started to use them, however it has been simple to set them up. Took me 15 minutes to unpack, connect to BT & complete the hearing assessment etc. At present they are working better than the aids I paid £3300 for 3 years ago.

Worked well for my mother. Better than the ones she had. The app very useful to calibrate them and switching modes.

Not for me I found it very difficult to adjust. Very quiet.Bluetooth app imposable to use.Bluetooth itself took forever to pair. Returned for refund.
