How would you fix this to brick?

I used clear silicon, cut the nozzle to the size of the rim,carefully apply then fix to the brick.

Have you got any idea how can I find the base for this dome?

It is a replacement for a JMX camera dome. You can screw it over a camera to protect it.

Will this dome stop motion sensing?

It works on our AllSky Camera at the Norman Lockyer Observatory which detects the motion of meteors.

Which models/sizes are polycarbonate and which ones are acrylic?

It all depends on what size you wish to buy. I bought the Transparent size. They are really sturdy. Hope that this helps.
