Hi Dan, the Blemish Control cleanser contains Salicylic Acid + Niacinamide to help reduce appearance of spots and soothe the skin. The SA Smoothing Cleanser contains just Salicylic Acid, and is designed to help gently exfoliate rough and bumpy skin. We hope this helps.

Hi Barbara, this product does not contain Benzoyl Peroxide.

Q: Can you use the Blemish Control Cleanser in the shower for your back and chest?

Yes, if you can use it on your face I will assume you can use it anywhere that has acne

Everyone has different skin and reactions. I have normal skin and it worked really well. I would say give it a try because it is a good product
