Aiphone LEF-5 Open Voice Selective Call Master Intercom with Door-Release Button, Accepts Up to Five Connecting Door, Sub-Master, or Master Intercoms

The product arrived as per the picture, as I used the picture of the previous intercom for the video search.

I have any employee that thinks press the button rapidly and repeatedly will open the gate faster. Tried explaining that it does not work that way. For that reason, the covers on the buttons keep breaking off. Wish there was a way to only replace just one button cover instead of the entire front panel.

Product was as advertised and worked great though all Aiphone products are all over priced by the manufacturer in my personal opinion. I will use this supplier again as they gave us the best price on this manufactures products. Therefore, in the future we will explore other product offerings.

Had just replaced this 2 year's ago but it does get an awful lot of use before buttons fail to work.

First grade after you have electrician come out charge you $200 to figure out how to set it up very complicated

This is a fine unit. The wiring has to be 12 conductor shielded. In my case it had to be Plennum Rated which is more expensive.But overall it's great.

Works good, however it took my customer & I 3 hours to figure out how to wire this into an existing system. Instructions must have been written by the engineer.
