Element 2pc Set 24" Counter Stool, Natural Finish

These solid wood stools are lovely. Great construction , easy to put together (minimal assembly). The wood finish has a beautiful sheen to it and they are of great quality. The bottoms of the legs are very rough , you will need some felt pads. 5 stars !

Got these about 3 weeks ago because they were "cheap", and therefore wasn't really excited to put them together. Got the first one together and they are way better than what I was expecting! My biggest complaint (and this is nit picking) the seat is held on (not structural when you're sitting on it) with dry wall screws instead of hex or Robert's screws. But there's enough room to get my favorite yellow impact driver in there and make fast work of them. Literally my only complaint. 5/5

So far so good! no broken pieces, easy-ish to assemble (sometimes the stick would spin, nothing some elbow grease can't fix), once it was assembled it wobbled, but just sitting on it once fixed that! we'll see about durability, but product seems very good quality.

Given the low price, I was expecting marginal quality. What I received was a sturdy, well-made set of stools! Assembly method is well thought out and robust and they went together very easily. The finished product is perfectly square and sturdy. Hardware is not of the highest quality (soft steel) but not a problem since it attaches to wood. As with any screw into wood, be careful not to overtighten. I also added a drop of wood glue at every joint so I expect these to last.

3 out of 4 were easy to assemble, 1 the holes at the bottom of the seat doesn't quite line up with the pegs of the legs. And that 1 also came with a short crack so we are putting it on the least used side of the counter. The bottom of the legs are rough so we put temporary DIY floor guards until we can order nicer ones, the seat needs getting used to as the fish is great and it will make you slide off a little lol!
