They work well but like many others the capsule doesn’t want to dissolve. What I did was soaked the capsule with a little water until it softened. Then inserted using an applicator.

I promise you I won’t work recommended this for nobody at first. I thought I was doing OK for three days like I mean you couldn’t even get a sweat smell if you drove to Egypt I was like oh yeah then after that why T it had been burning, itching, swelling up it wasn’t just me.
