Great pasta! We use it because of diabetes, it’s lower carb so it makes it possible to eat healthier and cheat at the same time!

So thrilled to find this brand because even though low carb, they are very tasteful. I will order more.

I really like the taste though I find it a tad expensive. A bit disappointed that now it's always out of stock. Some of the carb-less or high protein pastas have a funky texture, but this one is good.

This is the best lower carb pasta out there. High in fiber and protein. While not real low carb, according to glucometer this pasta doesn’t negatively impact blood sugar like regular pasta. Great flavor and texture, unlike some low or lower carb pasta. Would have given it 5 stars, but a bit pricey.
