Not reliable
This is good when it works. But it doesn’t always respond

Kind of a long read, so I apologize! I bought 2 collars. Blue for Davey, purple for Rowan. So far I absolutely love these collars. They were easy to set up and get situated. I havent quite trimmed the collar length up yet, but they're adjusted to them like they suggested (where you can get fingers throught the collar). I might make them tighter because they seem to slip out of place I prefer them and they're neck fat gets pushed up which I feel could mess with the prong to skin contact at some point. I found that Davey responds better on the lower end of the settings with this one, where as his other collar (that I paid $200 for) could be on high and he wouldn't really care about the shock. Both pups are learning the beep part of it. And have been responding nicely. Which is a nice change from just vibrations or shocking. We just recently moved so I've been having to train them on their new boundaries and the beep is a nice warning they're getting to close to going over it. The battery life has been amazing so far. Been using for a few days in a row for their usual training and boundary training, as well as inside usage and still has plenty of life left between the collar and remote. The only thing I don't quite like is how the remote feels. I feel like I'm going to break easily. Like it's not durable enough. But I think that's just because I'm so use to a heavier remote. Otherwise I really like how it works and that it goes into like a sleep mode when on and not being used, but works instantly as soon as you hit a button. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would recommend this to everyone. Very good product for the price!!!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I've been using the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar for a month now, and I am thoroughly impressed by its performance and features. One of the standout qualities of this collar is its exceptional battery life. I've been able to use it daily for an entire month on just a single charge, which speaks volumes about its efficiency and longevity. The collar offers a wide range of functionalities that cater to various training needs. With 99 levels of shock intensity, I appreciate the flexibility it provides. Although I've never had to go beyond level 8, having the option to fine-tune the intensity is a great feature for different dog personalities and training situations. Additionally, the beep and vibrate functions have proven to be highly effective alternatives to the shock feature. It's wonderful to have multiple options to suit my dog's response and sensitivity. What truly amazed me is the collar's remarkable reach. I once had to correct my dog's behavior from a whopping 1km away, and the shock still worked flawlessly. This kind of range is a game-changer, especially for outdoor activities and off-leash training. The collar's durability and build quality also deserve a mention. Despite my dog's rough play and occasional scratching, the collar has held up remarkably well. It's evident that Bousnic has put in the effort to design a reliable and sturdy product. In conclusion, the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar has proven to be an invaluable training tool for me and my furry friend. The extended battery life, versatile functions, and impressive range make it a standout choice for any dog owner looking to enhance their training efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this collar to fellow pet parents seeking a high-quality and effective training solution.

This collar has saved my sanity. I have a 6 month old mixed breed pup (mom is a goldendoodle, dad is half husky, half blue heeler) named Opal. When I tell you this dog is the poster child for dog ADHD... She is incredibly smart, incredibly active, and learns very quickly. She follows commands almost instantly in a low distraction, contained environment like inside or in a smaller fenced in area, but she is unreliable in high distraction environments. Or at least she was before The Collar. We live in a subdivision out in the country surrounded by pasture. Opal loves to go out and run, and she needs the exercise, but we had not yet been able to let her off leash to run in our large, unfenced yard. On our previous attempts (both intentional AND unintentional when she slipped her collar), she ignored all recall commands and took grand tours of the entire neighborhood which resulted in us having to run all over creation to get her back and out of the neighbors flowerbeds! Additionally, she is a chronic leash puller. We have tried different collars, different leashes, harnesses, you name it. She just won’t stop pulling, and actually pulled my 8 year old down on the concrete once when she took off to chase a squirrel. I was at my wits end with this dog, and was not at all enjoying taking her for walks or looking forward to her getting even bigger and stronger. Not anymore. This collar worked almost instantly. I tested each function on myself before I ever put it on my dog. I don’t ever want to inflict pain on her, and wanted to be sure that I felt comfortable using it on her. The beeping and the vibration serve only as audible/tangible reminders and are not uncomfortable at all. The static was uncomfortable, but not painful at the correct level. I put the static on the highest level I was comfortable using on myself, and then down one level before I put it on the dog. I took her outside and let her off leash. She ran off and ignored the beeps at first, and only paused for a second with the vibration. It took only one time of using the static to bring her back. Each time she ran off and the static was used, she returned immediately within seconds. We began working with her daily on leash using the vibrate function anytime she would pull against the leash or try to take off after a squirrel or to go see the neighbors when they were outside, and she learned that those are “no” boundaries. Gone are the days of leash pulling and taking off after distractions. She was consistently heeling on command on leash and was watching distractions but not bolting for them. On-leash walks were enjoyable again. Today I put the e-collar and her training to the test and took her out off leash. All it took if she tried to cross the boundary of our yard was to vibrate her collar, and she instantly returned to me. Neighbors came out, squirrels ran by, but Opal stayed with me. She ran and played in the yard, went potty, and came back when I called her or buzzed her collar. It was glorious, and my kids and I can now enjoy spending time outside in our beautiful neighborhood with our precious pup, knowing that she is safe in our yard. ❤️

Our family dog is a large, 88-pound Golden Doodle mix known for stubbornness. Initially used a PetSpy training collar but dissatisfied as its tone and vibration are too weak, even at maximum levels. Switched to the Bousnic collar, which offers a very loud beeping tone with variations and a strong vibrate function with multiple levels. The tone feature effectively captures our Doodle's attention, instantly stopping unwanted behavior. The vibrate function works well in recalling him when he doesn't come on first recall command. Although I haven't used the shock feature on him, I tested it on myself at level 5 out of 99, and it would definitely grab his attention without causing harm. I wouldn't recommend using it at a higher level unless your dog is an extra large breed or has . Overall, the Bousnic collar significantly improves training effectiveness and unwanted behaviour. This unit is excellent for small, medium, large, and extra large dogs or possible aggressive behavior in dogs. I highly recommend this product. PROS: - 3 modes with separate levels for each mode - highly effective - light weight and not bulky - good response from animal - transmits effectively over a considerable range CONS: - Collar strap buckles may seem questionable, but functional

This collar has been amazing. We have been using it for over a year. Lightweight and very durable. It doesn't feel like it would be but it has survived several falls, a couple of those were on concrete and gravel driveway. The range is great. I just ordered my 2nd one as we are getting another puppy. The battery life is awesome. His collar is on him 24/7 and the charge lasts a solid month. He has never had a problem with sores, but he has a short coat and the collar is not tight as we don't need the shocker with him. The beep and vibrate is enough. The whole thing works great. The collar seems to be water proof but as our guy does not like water, we have not really had to test that. We remove it for bath time. Super easy to use too. As I said, I just ordered a 2nd one.
