I love using these in my noodles, it adds flavor and it is spicy. A little goes a long way. I will soon upload a picture using it with my noodles.

I love this gochujang because it's gluten free. I can make all my favorite Korean dishes and not have to worry about issues gluten causes. I don't find this to be spicy, but I can tolerate most spicy food.

You can’t go wrong with this chilli paste. Use it to make Korean fried chicken, Ramyun, etc.

While it is my goal to make Kimchi from scratch, using rice flour, Korean spices, garlic, onion, rice wine vinegar, etc. for the Gochujang, I decided to start simple and use this premade paste. Packaging was tight and undamaged. Oddly, it doesn't have the strong smell you'd expect, but WOW does it pack a ton of flavor! I chose the "Hot," because I like spicy Kimchi. I tasted it fresh, prior to fermentation, and it was delicious! I did add about a teaspoon of seat salt for the perfect flavor. Currently waiting 7 days for it to ferment!
