Hard to germinate if you don't know the trick or didn't just get lucky.
It gave me some trouble trying to get the seed to germinate. But then I realized it's from a tropical region. So when the temperature outside warmed up to be regularly more in the 80's during the day and only in the 70's at night, I put some outside to sprout before bringing back inside for my hydroponic herb garden. Sill it took almost 4 weeks before anything showed. One of the things many seed companies leave off of their packets is the Germination temperature. There are different ranges touted on line, but the one I'm going with is 80-85°F (27-29°C). And the average germination time is long. Ranging from 14 to as long as 30 days. Plus the seeds should not be covered as they need light to sprout. And they must remain moist. If you google information on Culantro, be sure google didn't change it to Cilantro, or include Cilantro in the results.

Zero Germination
I was excited to up my Pho game by growing my own Culantro. I germinate seed for my in ground garden and we have planters as part of that garden setup. I planted these seeds in a planter and followed typical germination protocol. In my case the packet had a 100% fail rate with not a single germination. With “300 seeds” in the packet It was very disappointing and I will be unlikely to purchase from this company in the future.

coriander seeds
Excellent quality seeds. The cilantro seeds germinated quickly and the plants grew strong. The package arrived in good condition and included easy-to-follow instructions. A great product for having fresh cilantro at home.

100% Germination
I live in an apartment so this is used in my AeroGarden. I planted one seed in each pod and all of them germinated! They took about 2 weeks. After 2 months, some of the leaves finally matured and the new ones coming up are growing so fast. I harvested some of them today for my homemade soup made in the crock pot. The culantro smells so good and tasted great in my dish! I'm very surprised to see some say they did not germinate. You have to give it time. This herb grows slower than a typical herb.

Recomendado 100%
Yo compré hace unos cuantos meses y se me demoraron en nacer pero vale la pena aquí tengo para todo el año y eso que el espacio no es muy grande y estamos en época de frío, ya saqué sus primeras semillas
