You would have to get rid of the ringworm first by using a anti fungal cream like Lotrimen cream.

Q: Does it work for a small scar on the face, which is 2 years old?

I will say that it is worth a try, based on my personal experience. I used it for several months on my 22-year old c-section scar and saw a softening (less defined, less large) in appearance. Wish I'd had it back then.

Yes, it works for stretch marks.
