Awesome aircon
I must say, I'm not sure why some people are moaning about this unit. This is the second machine I have purchased in the last two years, the firs unit was a cheap unit and was very loud and it was freezing or nothing so I thought I would pay a little more and ended up buying this one and I am so glad I did as it is much more superior to my other machine. People complain about the noise but trust me this machine is quiet compared to most mobile units, it cools very well, cools my medium sized room in minutes, silent mode is very very quiet so great for sleeping. The normal cool mode is a little louder but only when the compressor thing is running and when its extra hot, usually the lower you drop the temp the louder the machine, but if you keep the temp above 21 it is pretty quiet compared to other machines. The electric use is pretty darn good as well, I have solar panels on my roof (not owned by me) and when the sun is out I can run this machine for free so I don't think they cost nearly half the amount of electric as other machines. I am very happy with my purchase and if I get the cash I will most deffo purchase two more of these machines for other rooms. I feel much more awake when using this machine, my lungs are not great as I smoke heavy and have damaged them over the years and struggle to breath in the hot weather but when this machine is on it feels like I have a new set of lungs, so I really could not be happier, if all goes well I think I will stick to this brand from now on. People have also complained about issues regarding the exhaust out of British windows, if you have a small open out window use the strong cardboard from the aircon box and cut a piece to size and then cut a hole a little bit smaller than the size of the pipe (in order for it to get a firm hold) then attach the card to the window with sticky velcro so you can move it to a different room or to close the window if needed and it works very well. The only issue I have is that the pipe is a little short but it's how they are made in order for them to be efficient, the longer the pipe the least efficient the machine will become so be careful about lengthening the pipe, just put the unit on a table like I did. Awesome machine, an absolute god send!

Overall decent product, just too expensive in my opinion
The first thing I want to say which I find incredibly gross and have no idea how it could even happen. As you can see from the pictures I posted one of the parts for the hose has what looks to be blood and hair on it. Completely unacceptable and I will definitely be getting in contact with the company about this. The review: The packaging that the ac unit came in was pretty bashed up (see pictures) so I’m pretty unhappy about that. I wish there was more to the packaging since I paid over £300 for this unit. The cooling for me on a mild day is brilliant. I will update in future when we have hotter days again but for now it seems like it actually works pretty well! When the unit started up at first for me it made weird buzzing noises (see video above) but then it stopped shortly after I stopped recording. Now for me compared to the fan I had previously this ac isn’t too loud. Be realistic with what you’re expecting it is a box of refrigerant and fans it’s going to make some noise. There is no swing or tilt option on the fan which is a bit rubbish but I don’t think it really makes much of a difference. The hose that comes with the ac unit to exhaust air through the window is pretty wide in diameter which is a bit of a hassle if you have inward opening windows it doesn’t really fit in any window kits so I now have to just open the window and hang it out. It works but the hose isn’t very long so it may fall back into the room, only time will tell. Wish it wasn’t so wide in diameter and wish it was longer. It is of a semi rigid design and feels pretty solid. The wheels at the base of the unit aren’t the best on carpet because they are so small but it still moves more than it would without them. The supplied window kit doesn’t work for me in my use case. And the attachment with the blood and hair on it is pretty gross so I’m not touching it. (It looks to be just a seal for the end of the hose so I assume it just stops things from getting in from the outside if you plan on having the hose permanently out the window) The remote in my opinion is very dated and the range of functions and just range in general are pretty rubbish. Could be better. Overall I’m pretty unhappy with the price I paid for the unit, it came pretty bashed up so I assume it wasn’t treated well at all in transit. It’s far too early to tell what the longevity of this item will be but if there are any issues I’m confident that I’ll get my money back through the supplier or amazon. I personally think that the seller should provide a partial refund due to the condition of the package and the absolutely disgusting bodily fluids on some of the parts and that is what I’ll be pursuing. I hope your delivery and luck with parts are better than mine. Would I buy another one? No. Am I happy with the price? No. Does the unit cool a medium sided room? (15x10ft) yes actually. Is the unit loud? In my use case, not really. Am I happy overall with the item? Somewhat, but I believe for the price I deserve better and so do you. If it’s all you can afford, get it. If you can afford something from a reputable brand then go for that instead. Price: 4/10 Delivery time: 8/10 Delivery condition: 4/10 Items supplied: 3/10 Cooling: 10/10 Noise levels: 7/10 Remote: 3/10 Pretty much if it wasn’t for the fact that it actually cools my room it would be back with the supplier by now.

Works very well, cools a room quickly.
I bought this as there was talk of a heatwave in 2022, the heatwave came and this was great. We're a family of 4 including a 4 year old and a 7 month old baby. With temperatures approaching 40° outside this made a huge difference. Out lounge was about 29° this bought it down to 23° in about 20-30 minutes, approx 4x5m room. It made the room very comfortable. We also used it a little in the bedroom for a couple of nights - it's a little heavy to move upstairs but entirely possible for an a led bodied person, don't use the side handles, lift it from the bottom and walk up. Carefully. With regards to the unit itself it's better looking that most units, although air con units are never particularly attractive! Nice curves, duck egg coloured plastic at the top. Nice clear display. It doesn't osolate, it does have 2 vertical fins to aim the cool air. Its fairly noisy but they all are, it was nothing too bad. Maybe need to turn the TV up a notch but nothing bad. Assembly is easy, hose on the back and plug it in. I left it 2 hours after delivery incase it had been on its side. App works well, we get 4 hours of cheap electricity overnight so I set the timer to turn on & off for those 4 hours, that worked well. Not a cheap option but not bad looking, works well too.

Absolute life saver in the heat
Great product did some research and read some reviews and am very pleased with the AC unit. I have the 10000 which is plenty powerful enough to cool our bedroom bathroom and landing. Agree with the other comments yes it makes some noise but nothing outrageous and this is an actual Air Conditioning unit not a cheap air cooler so don’t expect this to be silent but you will get used to it. We have had the unit for 3 years now and it hasn’t missed a beat and we wouldn’t be without it. Honestly I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I’m writing this in the summer of 2025 and we are in our 3rd “heatwave” of the season although we used to just call it summer, but I digress.

Excellent cooling performance during a heatwave, just a shame about the price drop
I bought this during a recent UK heatwave when temperatures were hitting 34 to 35 degrees. We have young children and an elderly dog, and the heat was really starting to affect him, so we needed a fast and reliable solution. This unit absolutely delivered. Our living room is quite large, and this air conditioner had no trouble bringing the temperature down from 35 degrees to a much more manageable 23. It made a noticeable difference within an hour. The unit itself is fairly big but looks sleek and modern. It doesn’t stand out in a bad way and feels very well made. The wheels make it easy to move between rooms, even though it’s on the heavier side. Setup was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and the remote control is solid and responsive. I had it delivered next day and was up and running immediately, which was exactly what we needed at the time. The only downside for me was the pricing. I paid full price during the peak heatwave, and just a few days later it dropped by £60. That was disappointing to see, but it doesn’t take away from how well the unit works. It’s expensive, but during a heatwave with a struggling dog and uncomfortable kids, it felt worth every penny. Highly recommended if you need something that works fast and looks good doing it.

Not quiet, just obtrusive
The good: Cools down the room at a good rate, and while the base noise level of the ac mode isn't quiet, you get used to it. The WiFi-connection for the app is very useful - I can turn it on when I'm on the way home, for example. The bad: The base noise level is acceptable, but after a week it started making vibrationy squeaking noises while on. It's loud, inconsistent, and impossible to ignore. I tried fixing it by pressuring some of the plastic body, but it only works for a while. Most annoyingly it's not even every time it's on, just the majority of the time. In addition, every operation causes a piercing beep, even turning off the screen. The temperature sensor - despite having a decimal place, it only provides the temperature in whole degrees. Even worse, after a few minutes of operation, it stays at +1 degree over the actual temperature - then rounded. These combined means it never stops cooling once temperature is reached. Likewise, the app always reports x.5 degrees. The remote is extremely unintuitive, and just not worth using. It's overall fine, and as I said the cooling is good. Considering some units my friends have, it's fairly priced. It's just also got some large flaws, that could've been easily fixed before selling. If it's in a room you use often, and it starts the squeaking, though, I'd recommend returning it - I would've if I could.

Works well
Having run it for a full day it does the job for a sun facing office space (10m2). Cooled down from 26 to 20 in about an hour, produced about 1L of water into a external water container (used just a water bottle for the first test). A bit tricky with the hose as window opens out, but still worked well as you can still click the supplied fitting vertically in place and draw the window to reduce the gap; drew curtains to block out sunlight and unnecessary heat exchange with outside. Recommend getting a 10L canister for the water pipe outlet to avoid unnecessary leaks (read so many reviews on all sorts of aircons complaining about it, but it says in the instructions - if dehumidification is on it will draw up to 2L of water from the air per hour). Cooling mode uses dehumidification by default and you can’t turn that off by design. Noise is the same as all other more expensive brands for the btu output, wouldn’t recommend sitting next to one if you plan to be on a call (noise from the unit is cancelled out by google meets perfectly - but it can feel loud to yourself if right next to it), but definitely happy to have it on when it’s hot! UPDATE Had a week now of running it - and works perfectly in larger rooms and with a few fans on i. The house directing airflow can keep a nice cool 22-24 degree temperature across a space of about 50-60m2. Quite impressive given outside is 29 today!
