Q: is this product gluten free

I don't know. Order it anyway because it's awesome stuff! When you get it and check it out, if it does have gluten and you don't like that, then give it to your neighbor to enjoy!

Q: How much salt is in it?

Very little salt, it is more flavorful than salty. My favorite seasoning EVER!

Q: Is this for a set or one bootle

Amazon asked me, a previous customer, to answer you. If this is what I bought, it was one bottle only. A little expensive, but it's very good.

Q: has anyone tried this on a turkey?

We have tried it on many different meats, and it is delicious. We have never tried it on turkey.
