It’s AMAZING! I love it!!

I purchased the Nano Brow Pencil from Kosas and it was fine for about a week, but after that I started noticing that small pieces were just falling out of the tube into my sink and on my counter. Because of this, I hardly got any use out of the product before it was completely gone! This is my second time purchasing the Brow Pop Nano and I really do like it, but I believe that this last one was broken before it even shipped to me. I reached out to Kosas via email and shared my experience and some photos to help show the issue. I never heard back so I tried to chat with them via their website, tried calling the number listed online, and even sent a text as their voicemail recommends, but all I got was a generic reply saying they will do their best to be in touch within 24hrs. It has been almost a week since my initial attempt to contact them and I haven’t heard anything still. I will not continue to purchase any products from this company as they have such poor customer service. Despite the fact that I really liked this brow pencil, the tube is so small and the amount of product you get for the price is too much. Buyer beware! (The pictures show the small broken pieces of the brow pencil that continually fell right out of the tube.)

Great to use to fill in your brows. I gave it 4 stars because I don't feel it stays on all day. It does smudge some after awhile. It is easy to apply.
