離れた位置でペンが反応します。交換可能ですが注
購入直後、5mmほど離れた位置でもペンが反応してしまうことに気づきました。ネット検索で、その現象だとペンを交換して貰えることが分かったのですが、ペンのシリアルナンバーが必要でした。シリアルナンバーは箱に記載されており、すでに廃棄していたため、交換してもらうことはできませんでした。結局、ペン自体も廃棄することにしました。
