Reliable and Safe
This food processor is the safest and most reliable to use, I bought some food processors and returned them before and this one was the best so far.

This is a great food processor. However, it can be tricky to wash. It would be 5-star and perfect if it were dishwasher compatible.

Customer service
It’s been only 3 months when I bought it. And there is some technical problem motor is running fine and the jars not rotating i don’t know why. I have been trying to connect with them from last dec and now I got a reply that they can’t do anything because apparently I don’t live in USA or Canada. They don’t have service here. I have 2 years warranty but it’s not valid outside America or cananda. Hell!! Now I don’t know what to do.

Not suitable for Indian usage
Not suitable for a typical Indian family . It can work as blender and salad cutting

The worst purchase ever
I only used the machine once and it stopped working after around 3 minutes.If you read reviews really don’t buy it and don’t believe the ratingsAnd I put a one star because that’s the only option it should be a zero…

Machine not working at all.
I got defective machine and it was not working at all, I replaced it but again it was not working, I bought it after seeing high rating but it came out worst. When I sorted the reviews with low rating, I found many other people also facing same issue. May be seller is selling old, expiry and defective pieces now.

I bought this Hamilton beach food processor based on all the great reviews, however it simply doesn’t work and I am returning it.
