I don't believe it will seat completely with the red dot on it. Hope this helps.

Will this fit a Glock 43x mos?

It should fit fine. I use it for G43x no rails, but I can fit my 19x. This holster isn't an exact fit,and mostly uses tension to secure you firearm.

Will this fit a Springfield SA35 (springfields hipower) handgun?

Don't know for sure but it fits a block 48 which is similar in size.
