Very good for the amount of protein, however, you can definitely taste the protein powder and it leaves a bit of an aftertaste. Still, very delicious.

Macros are amazing; I didnt get much of a cinnamon roll flavor from it in the sense of not enough cinnamon regardless does satisfy the sweet tooth. I did not experience any digestive discomfort like most say.
