Perfect for Paella!
Authentic Spanish rice for paella is virtually impossible to find here. Instead of driving 1 hour+ each way to San Diego and buy it at a Spanish specialties store, I ordered it and it arrived overnight. The quality of the product is excellent, it was fresh and it cooked evenly. I highly recommend it and I will definitively buy it again!

Authentic and perfect!
Amazing.. Authentic and perfect.. yes you're paying a premium price for the rice, but the level of detail and authentic nature as well as how this cooks is more than worth paying a few more quid. I was blown away at the end result and my guests loved the end result. Purchased another sack the same day to keep ready for next time.

Perfetto per la paella
Acquistato appositamente per rendere la paella il più possibile legata al suo territorio d'origine, questo riso si è dimostrato perfetto, in quanto non rilascia troppi amidi in cottura e resta croccante internamente. In questo assomiglia al nostro riso Baldo. Il risultato è stato ottimo, ne consiglio assolutamente l'acquisto. L'unico appunto riguarda il cartellino informativo del prodotto, che nel mio caso è arrivato in lingua tedesca.
