So far its been great. I got the 15ft for my son as an early Christmas present. I have never owned a trampoline before other than a little tikes 6ft trampoline he had for about 7yrs so I can't really give a comparison. The base is definitely solid, makes sense they have such a long warranty on the frame. The safety netting is great but the pole supports dont have my full confidence. I tested it out and pushed on the safety netting before he got in and everything seems good. I don't know about 450lbs. I probably wouldn't want more than 350lbs in there. I'll update once we test those limits. But for my son and his friend together they're probably close to about 220lbs and it was solid. I'm about 270lbs and didn't want to break anything before he even got to enjoy it so I didn't do any jumping. I just walked around on it to make sure I put everything together correct. I watched the assembly video BCAN has available here on Amazon and also watched 2 videos on YouTube. I was able to put it together by myself in about 2hrs. Not to bad considering how tired I was after work and having only slept about 4hrs the past 2 nights. Also it was dark outside. So far I think this is a great deal for an entry level trampoline especially if you have young kids. I'll update once I see how well this does with bigger kids or adults in there. I'm confident this should last my son until he gets into his teens which is what I'm hoping to get out of this.

We got this for my 12yr old daughter to practice her tumbling and enjoy with friends. We have had this for a little over a month and it has been great. It looks good, feels sturdy, and I easily put the entire trampoline together myself. Caught it on sale so we went with the 16' and it is plenty big enough for my daughter and a couple of her friends. Would definitely recommend!

Bought this as a Christmas gift in 2024 and it has sustained its quality so far. My kids absolutely love it and use it daily and have fun, even us adults get in at times. Assembly requires 2 adults and someone strong towards the end of the process who can stretch the tough trampoline into the springs on the pole as it is very sturdy and strong. Can get a high bounce. The fence in option is especially a great safety feature for my younger daughter who was 2 yrs old at the time of purchase as well as the cover around the springs, helps keep them safe and protects the springs from rusting out. No complaints so far.

The company I purchased from definitely seems to stand by their warranty guarantee; when I reached out to them regarding one of the Safety Net Poles bent/broken, they sent out a replacement within the week. My kids LOVE the trampoline, and I like the outward rounded poles, esp. since my 2-year-old likes to run to the net like a wrestler and never hits a pole. The ladder is perfect and the lights I purchased for it look beautiful at night on it. Ease of assembly - It only took 2 people to put it together and it was not difficult at all. Fun for kids - As mentioned, my kids absolutely love it. It's the first thing my 11-year-old runs to as soon as she gets home from school and my 2-year-old runs right behind her. They spend hours on it daily and it's great exercise. 12' is the perfect size for my kids to have friends and family over who want to go play with them. Everybody loves getting on it.

Update: I still would not buy this item. However, the manufacturer BCAN did issue a full refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! SERIOUS CATASTROPHIC SAFETY ISSUES!!! See attached photos! NEGATIVE 10 STARS We assembled the trampoline exactly according to the included instructions. Before allowing my 12-year-old daughter to use it, we decided to test it ourselves. Within three jumps, (I only weigh 120 pounds) the trampoline collapsed due to a bent frame tube. I fell through the trampoline and narrowly avoided a life-threatening injury—one of the vertical poles nearly impaled me. I also suffered a minor concussion from hitting my head during the fall. One of the frame tubes bending during the jump appears to have contributed to the catastrophic failure allowing the frame to come off of the w shaped leg despite a very small screw intended to hold it together. This should never have happened, especially from a product advertised and sold as safe, high-quality, and "ASTM-approved". The structural failure represents a serious defect and safety hazard. In addition to the collapse, we observed other manufacturing issues upon assembly: One gold hook arrived opened, causing the spring to detach easily. This design flaw is already fraying the loop and is clearly a future fail-point. There is no phone number for customer support, and your official website appears restricted or unavailable from the U.S., making communication extremely difficult. and the QR code for customer service on the instructions goes to a link that says "disabled". Given the severity of the incident, I highly suggest NOT BUYING THIS PRODUCT Because of the dangerous failure of this product, we needed a resolution as quickly as possible. Amazon conveniently deferred to” the seller has being a third-party “ Therefore they can dust off their hands and have no responsibility and will not refund my account until they contact the third-party. I’ll start with my negatives: - the ladder pictured in all sizes is not what you get. You get a cheaper more flimsy ladder unless you get the 14 foot +. I picked this brand because I liked the pictured ladder better for my kids to use, and then it didn’t come with it. That’s my biggest annoyance. - the instructions manual is inconsistent in the images it shows for the supplied hardware and for the duration of the set up. Makes it very confusing which bolts, screws, and nuts go where. One page shows one type of bolts then different ones for the same spots on the next page. Not very descriptive with words either, so took some trail and error to figure out and put it together correctly. - link via QR code for set up video didn’t work. Just brought me to Amazon sale page for the item. Positives: - seems very study. - appears to be good quality frame and platform materials. - I like the extra support bars at the bottom attaching each set of legs together. - curved net support bars are nice for avoiding collision. - pretty easy to set up after you get past the instruction manual being strange. The positives outweighs the negatives, so I would recommend. Just annoyed about the pictured ladder not being what is sold.

Sturdy and fairly simple assemble. Put it together myself in about 3.5 hours. The net gave out really fast with Our last trampoline, this one feels like much better quality. Also Kids love it.

It’s amazing! I posted both our old one too at 8 ft so You could see the difference. This new 12ft one holds 450 pounds! It’s amazing. It wasn’t hard to Put together but rather took lots of time and muscle strength. I need a nap now and a pizza. lol. I’ll include another picture for reference of the weight capacities. Also, please make sure to Put the poles outside of the net or you will risk Ripping the zipper and the net. It did take time lining up the holes in the stairs but just keep on taking breaks and you’ll get it. I’m in a break right now. lol. Please comment if there’s anything else you need.
