I’ve been sipping on the Trip Mindful Blend and honestly, it’s become one of my favorite wellness drinks! 💫 It’s lightly sparkling, made with adaptogens like ashwagandha, lion’s mane, magnesium, and L-theanine — perfect for focus and calm energy without the crash. Okay, let’s talk flavors 🍑 — Peach is hands down my favorite! It’s refreshing, lightly sweet, and just tastes so good. My second fave is Raspberry, which has a nice fruity twist. The other flavors taste more like sparkling water mixed with cold herbal tea — not bad, but definitely not as delicious as the Peach one for me. I love that it’s sugar-free, vegan, and actually makes me feel relaxed yet focused. Perfect for work, journaling, or just a mindful moment in your day.

If you're just looking for a fun, fizzy, NA drink, these will do it. I liked that they have a pretty strong flavor. I had tried a different brand and the taste was too light. But these, to me, taste great. The relaxation effect is subtle. It's there, but if you' re looking for a buzz, these won't really give you one.

These are a nice alternative to alcohol as someone who struggles with it myself. An intentional drink that tastes very nice, peach ginger is my favorite. The ones with mint are nice as well. As far as any “feeling” I don’t notice any. I just know it feels nice not to be chugging alcohol and to get something “with some fizz” outside of drinking water.

I am trying out these "adaptogen" sparkling drink.s This is my second brand. First, they are ok. With the same ingredients as the brand ten bucks more for a dozen. I would, however, not get them again. They are too sweet for my taste (though I have no problem with stevia.) The first in line was a ginger type. It burned my throat! I am not a person who has a delicate throat/taste/tummy, either. The others were ok. I will not buy these again. Did they mellow me? Yes, so I do not give them a negative review. Ok, but not great. The other flavors were ok.
