I have the pruners and the blade was ruined. It was easy to put on and turned my pruners new!

I somehow bent the tip on the original blade, bought this as news prepared for a complicated process to replace it but it was so quick and easy to do. Bonus is that the new blade is much sharper than the old one that I used for years.

What can you say about the Felco product line. It is a good product. I have never been disappointed in the 18+ years of owning their pruners .

I bought a pair of Felco #2 shears back in the early 1980's when I planted a small vineyard next to my home in Sonoma County. The vines have been gone close to 10 years now, but I still have and use the shears. Finally decided I should replace the blade this spring (second time in 40 years - I don't use them a whole bunch) and was pleased to see the new blade fit perfectly even on this vintage pair. Instructions on the back were easy to follow. I'm a happy camper!
