Not what it used to be....
I purchased this item years ago and literally I cried at the results!!! I WAS SO HAPPY!! Years I looked for this and I finally found it. The product is not the "relaxer" it used to be. Item is now more like a creme rinse. Not satisfied at all.

This product doesn't work at all, I tested it with heat and without heat, yet got disappointed result. It is even doesn't make the hair softer afterward, very very disappointed.
