This perm is excellent! It’s very gentle on the hair. I wish I would have taken before pics but just image brittle course thick hair that’s me but after this perm my edges are so sleek. I am very happy. Please follow the directions I left mine in for 22 mins and I made sure to use the neutralizer before shampooing and left it in for 10 mins then shampoo and conditioner. Last pic is after I blow dryer my hair on medium heat

This hair relaxer works best on my hair. It leaves it soft and silky

The product does work. I followed the instructions and only left it on for about 10-12 minutes. 2 first Pictures are before, 3rd picture is after. I didn't want to completely get rid of her curls, I just didn't want her hair to tangle and ball up the way it did because it was painful for hair brushing. Her hair is much more straight than I planned but I don't mind it.

For me I like qaulity and not a fake products. My feed back is ive Star. I have tried it and the result is Good. I would like to order from you a hair styling products again Thank you.

The product itself is great and does a good job. Gentle, doesn't burn skin (at least for me). My only complaint is since it can be used in parts (save 1/2 for later) if you are using it on short hair or a small area, the packaging of the chemicals isn't made for storage. The rinse cream, the conditioner, etc. come in little plastic packets, so once you've opened it, it's really hard to store. I've got 2-3 little half-used, opened packets propped upright in my bathroom saving them for the next application. :(
