Q: How does this tub stay in place? Does it come with something to keep it from moving around?

Hello,Once the plumbing is installed, it will help anchor the tub down- but it won't make it immovable by any means.Each foot has a leveler. You can apply a small amount of clear silicone (or any similar adhesive) under each leveler, and adhere the tub to the ground.If you really want to go above and beyond, you can replace the levelers with bolts, and bolt the feet to the floor.

Q: Is there a drain hole drilled?

Yes there is but you will have to buy a separate drain piece. Love this tub
