I want to use this for a wire antenna. Which one of the 24ft. poles is the strongest, least flexible?

I use a carbon fiber pole 20’ and another at 33’ for QRP antennas. I have used the eyelet to hold the 22ga wire (good for 100w) and have never hurt the top rod but since it looked like I have a fish on the line I now use a medium sized 1/4 plastic washer with 4 small holes drilled to weave the wire through. what else do i need to buy with this to get started with tenkara? inexpensive options?

I just cut off the running end of an old fly line at the length of the tenkara rod. I then used a short piece of backing line to tie it to the lilian at the end of the rod (there are some good YouTube videos on this), and I used a piece of tapered leader cut to size for the leader. For that, I cut one down to about two feet long, leaving the 5X section to use to attach a piece of 6X tippet. Voila! A 3-foot leader. I have a ton of old fly lines, and their running ends (the end tied to the reel) are in pristine condition in spite of the time and use damage to the shooting sections. You'll need the line/leader combo (can be home made as above), a few dry or wet flies, some extra tippet sized for the fish you're after, and some sort of reel you can store your line on when it's not being used. Look up Tenkara line holder on Amazon. There are plenty of inexpensive foam, plastic or wooden ones available. That's really all you need! You might want a pair of nippers for managing your tippet material and leader, and a set of forceps you can use to unhook tough fish. You shouldn't have to spend more than about 10 or 20 more bucks on all of that. I use 50-cent nail clippers as my nippers.

Just wondering if I'm missing a piece? My last segment or tip only has a metal piece and not the string tip as shown on the picture.

It depends on the model you ordered. Some of them say they have a 360-degree rotating tip. I think the line attachment has a slip-knot that tightens between a ball on the tip and a collar about 1/2" down from the ball and that slip knot rotates around the fixed metal end.
