Fits Well...Needs Cushion for Thumb!
Ok, it works! It fits on the thumb hook. However, for what this is intended (older saxophones w/o adjustable thumb hooks), it REALLY needs a thumb cushion...perhaps a gel padding. The leather by itself will wear on your thumb.

Thumbs Up!
What a relief... Literally. I have been looking for some sort of cushion to ease the pain on my thumb after long playing sessions and after many failed attempts I think this is the one. So far so good! Definitely give it a shot if you're interested and haven't had much luck with other options.

Finally found one that works!
The other kind made of rubber or silicone didn't work for me. They fell off and honestly weren't that comfortable. This is the first one that stays on and is cozy comfy.
