They taste great, and they help with recovery, as well as give energy. I have been buying these tablets for a couple of years now, and take at least one a day regularly. The Quality has been pretty consistent. Love them so far.

This citrus flavored mineral supplement is wonderfully packaged, easy easy to use, and very tasty. Nothing not to like.

I like the flavor of these Max-Hydrate Energy tablets, they arrived in a box of eight tubes with ten tablets in each tube. These have a good orange flavor when mixed according to the directions. This is the first time I have seen directions for such a small amount of water, only four to six ounces. I did try diluting them further, it became like a lightly flavored water in sixteen ounces of water. These dissolved well in water, they also fizz. These do contain caffeine and carbohydrates, they also contain potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium. The one thing that I want to warn about is that these contain xylitol as a sweetener. Please keep your pets away from these as xylitol is deadly to dogs.

Refreshing flavor, not overly sweet. It has a great ingredients, everything is non-gmo and simple. It really helps replenish some of the lost minerals after a hot day. Dosage isn't large so my husband and I put two each of us. Tablets dissolve pretty slowly but we add a tad of warm water and this speeds up a process. No weird aftertaste or sensitive stomach afterwards. Yay!

I am very surprised how well this work because normally I can't take any type of energy enhancement due to my extreme sensitivity to stimulants. It came recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would try it and it has been the only thing that works without the normal negative side effects. Very thankful for this product. I have only used it a select times when I need to be alert and it has worked wonderfully every time.

My go to when I have a headache and it almost always works. Used this during pregnancy to help with 1st trimester dehydration and also to get a boost of energy. I consider this a staple in the medicine cabinet, especially since it tastes great!
