I personally love floral flavors, they're a must for my daily matcha lattes. I'm used to DaVinci which are sweeter and more artificial, these surprised me, they're quite floral. Almost perfumey. However if you truly love floral flavors then you'll love these, they settle in nicely and get sweeter as you sip. The jasmine is definitely the stronger of the two, the lavender violet I was really happy to find had stronger violet notes and wasn't overtaken by the lavender as most things are, it is more subtle and sweet than the jasmine. You need the pump, it's just too thick otherwise. All in all, they're my go to matcha sweeteners now and the highlight of my mornings! Review: Not for me - It has a chemical smell and taste. Maybe if mixed with something like coffee, the bad tastes could be canceled out. These jasmine syrups seem pretty expensive on Amazon and this was one of the cheaper ones for the amount you get. The reviews for all of the syrups were making me worried because a lot of people seemed to not enjoy them. The first thing I wanted to say is that the color is a lot lighter than the picture. Just wanted to clarify that for anyone concerned about other reviews. It's exactly like the pictures for their orange blossom or violet lavender syrup. Regarding the taste, I will admit I didn't love it at first. The smell was a little overwhelming as well. After a few cups of tea, I started to enjoy it a lot more. Fake sugars taste horrible to me, so that's one of the reasons I decided to try this syrup in particular. I think the amount of syrup you add to whatever you're having matters a lot. Of course it's strong tasting as it's essentially a concentrate. If you do try it, add a bit, maybe half a pump (this comes with a pump by the way), and keep adding small amounts until you get the right taste for yourself. It is very easily overdone. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
