AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME
We have a large pond in our back yard that hasn't been running for a few years. when I fired the thing up the compression coupling on the two inch pipe coming out of the pump simply couldn't hold the pressure. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to hold. A co-worker, who also has a pond, told me about these fittings. He didn't have any because he hasn't had the problem I have, but it sounded like a perfect solution. Once I saw the price, I ordered a set instantly (coworker thought they were about $100 a set so I was pleasantly surprised) anyway, I hooked up this set, and a month later haven't had a problem. Note, I bought the other end of this coupling as well as the male/female reverse sets of these fittings, so I'm re-posting this review on all of them. Note, this piece specifically was one of the pieces I didn't use but it was of the same quality as the female piece I did use I think they're interchangeable depending on your situation.

I was impressed to see that this was made in the US. It seems heavy duty and well constructed. Though it is poly, there are no burrs, no rough spots, etc. It is smooth, polished, clean threads that fit and join nicely with other fittings, etc. Well made and looks like it will hold up for a long time.

The product arrived on time and it is exactly as pictured. This Camlock has made changing the hoses on the water pump a breeze. The camlock seats tightly and no leaks. Great product.
