Melted down some flakes in boiled water and poured into an amber glass spray bottle for bedtime. I use this spray on myself and my children at bedtime, a couple of sprays on the bottom of their feet and a few on my legs. This helps everyone wind down & keeps my RLS at bay. My restless legs would keep me up at night as I couldn’t get comfortable enough to fall asleep. This has helped tremendously. Did not experience any itching.

This is a great product for diy magnesium sprays and soaking in the tub! Really high absorption, I noticed a huge difference in my sleep the first time I used it! However if you are magnesium deficient (like most people) start small, it can cause irritation to your skin if used in high dose!
