I recently purchased a Loveseat Recliner Sofa with storage, and I couldn’t be happier. The order arrived earlier than expected, though one box was missing at first. I called Dresegmt, and they quickly assured me it was on the way—and sure enough, it arrived shortly after.Assembly was simple, and anytime I had questions, their customer service team was outstanding. A special thank you to Lillian and her manager Anna for their kindness and dedication. They made sure I felt completely taken care of.The loveseat is stylish, comfortable, and the perfect addition to our new apartment. I highly recommend this company for both their quality furniture and their exceptional customer service.

Had second thoughts but it feels like a very expensive recliner couch. Using it for WFH on the daily. Recliner works well- putting it together was pretty easy. It reclines pretty well too that I can sleep easy. I did have an issue with the USB ports- they are meh... cord is a bit short to plug into the wall but it's fine. I'll be replacing it with a better USB Port(USB C) and power cord. Center consoles is spacey. Wish the storage was a bit bigger to fit my laptop lap table but it's enough for now. Will update as I use this during the winter.

All said and done, I really like this sofa. I like the color, a soft cottage white, not snow white. The leather is soft and the recliner mechanisms work well. I don't use the USB ports because I still plug my phone into the wall electrical outlet. I wasn't thrilled with Amazon website. I inadvertently ordered a second order of the same sofa and it took a while to get one deleted. Also, Amazon doesn't have real people to talk to and when I inquired of the A.I. chat bubble, they charged for it! I didn't know that was a purchase and declined it. Also the sofa was to come in 4 boxes but the ice delivery lady working for FedEx said there were only 3 boxes! I was able to speak to a rep of the company who makes it ( they were in South Africa! ) He was very kind and reassuring that I would get the last box and I did the next morning because my delivery lady was on the lookout for it. It was the middle seat. I think the directions to put it together should be improved including the font size of their manual. Nice sofa but stressful process.
