We overhauled the Bamboo GT deck with a massive lithium battery whilst fine tuning the deck flex and laser cutting the grip-tape. We then oversized our Evolve GT street wheels to an all new 97mm sizing. What’s the result you ask? The ‘Mac Daddy’ of electric bamboo boards capable of reaching speeds of 26mph with a huge battery range of up to 31 miles per charge and a sweet deck flex that allows for a comforting ride on any terrain surface thrown at it! The Evolve Bamboo GTX offers more riding modes than ever before. Use “SLOW” mode for easy control and a safe top speed, perfect for beginners and first time users. Once you get the hang of things switch to “ECO” mode for a relaxed ride and unparalleled range. Try FAST mode to whizz past traffic and turn your commute into your daily adrenaline rush hour, and if you dare, switch to “GT” mode to unleash the insane power and acceleration with the ability to climb hills of up to 25% gradient! To top it all off, you can see this performance in real-time with an industry first from Evolve Skateboards: The all-new Evolve GT Series Remote. It gives you instantaneous feedback on your speed, battery level, range and mode selected with a built in LCD screen, right from the palm of your hand!

Remote stopped syncing with board.
I love this skateboard, however after only 2 weeks if ownership my remote doesn’t always sync with the board. I have several emails into Evolve, but haven’t heard back yet.

Battery Died after one year
Right after the warranty went void, the battery died. The company only really offered to sell . me a battery that was worth the whole board. Now it is a paper weight. Waste of money!

Power and Flex
I absolutely love it! I was debating between Carbon and GTS but ultimately I decided to go for GTX because of extra deck flexibility. For NYC terrible roads any extra comfort is always welcome. This board is a beast, takes a while to get used too. Make sure to be very gentle when pushing down on the throttle and when RELEASING it because motors are very powerful and sudden drop in electricity flow to the motors will easily throw your balance off and then you'll eat dirt. Bamboo GTX version is also cheaper than Carbon by +/- $200, and for $200 you can get 2in1 option with street conversion kit (97mm wheels) extending the range to 30 mph. ... in jumping back into it and going electric seemed like a no-brainer
I will start off by saying that I haven't been on a skateboard in probably 15 years but was interested in jumping back into it and going electric seemed like a no-brainer. My brother has the Carbon GT and absolutely loves it. I shopped around for a while and this board seemed to be the best fit for me. I'm definitely glad I went with Evolve. Their boards are amazing and being able to carve uphill and down is absolutely thrilling. The All-terrain setup is a must for me as the streets of Atlanta have seen better days. This board has handled potholes, grass, gravel parking lots, and stray rocks with no problem at all. I highly recommend this board, it is a powerful carving machine!

This is so much fun.
This thing is awesome. Let me begin by stating that I have very limited experience riding skateboards of any kind. I was able to pick this up fairly quickly. While on vacation I was able to ride my nephew's Evolve One board and liked it so much that I had to get one for myself. When I found out about the GTX I was stoked. I wasn't sure if I'd like the AT or Street so I got the 2-in-1. Its a little more pricey, but in my opinion, worth every penny. I'd also recommend checking out Evolve's YouTube channel for great and exciting info about these boards. Specifically how to change the wheel set ups and perform general maintenance. I've only had this a day and I'm already so happy with this purchase. I went on my first long ride (5 mi) and it performed great. It doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Just start slow, and for god's sake, wear a helmet. If you're on the fence about buying one of these, just do it. You won't be sorry.

This thing is a beast!! I originally got a Halo board and it cracked after a week so I sent it back and after a good bit of research and comparing I decided to go with Evolve. Definitely much happier with this one. The flex in the bamboo deck makes for a much more comfortable ride especially after far distances, the stiffness of the carbon fiber would hurt my feet. The AT wheels can go over just about anything and makes it so it doesn't matter how crappy the road is, you still get a smooth ride. The street wheels add about 5 mph though, AT wheels top out at 21mph and I can get up to 26mph with the street wheels. It does require some maintenance though, and swapping the wheels is not quite as easy as it looks in the video. But I am sure after doing it more I will get better at it. So far I am glad I chose Evolve and I feel like the higher price tag is worth it.

Spend the money on Audi level performance, don’t go cheap.
Amazing piece of equipment, excellent control (accel and decel/stopping) long battery life, beastly powerful. Great for accessing places off the subway line. Turn your commute into therapy. Updating my review. Had an issue where the remote came unscrewed at the base, needed two parts to fix and they shipped them out promptly for free.

The Evolve GTX AT is so much fun to ride. I have been all over where I live and just hooked on going around cruzin. The more you ride the more you get comfortable with the speed and carving becomes a craving. Thank you for the awesome support as well
