How well does it work for a cat that vomits every day?

The reason my cat was vomiting every day ended up being likely due to intestinal lymphoma, and not due to what she was eating.  When I switched to this grain-free wet food and fed her the whole can at night, I got a few days of her not vomiting, but then it went back to every day. At the time, my cat was 15 years old, had managed hyperthyroidism with a pill every day. She lived until 16.5 years old.

Is this kibble tiny like purina one? my cats prefer bigger kibble like purina beyond.

The Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach is available in several canned varieties - just browse using the Purina name and canned food to see if they have the one you want.   One of my two cats is 12 years old, had most of her teeth removed because of disease, and was also vomiting at least once a week.  My 6 yr old cat is way overweight, and the vet said he needs to lose at least 6 pounds.  My vet said that sticking to one type of protein, instead of a variety, would be beneficial to both cats, but to look at the calorie count.   I started out by buying a few cans of each flavor of sensitive stomach to see which one my older cat liked the best (the younger one will eat anything).  At first they loved the Artic Char (103 Kcals per can) so that's all I gave them for a long time.  Then Purina came out with the Tuna and Oatmeal version (87 Kcals per can) so I tried a few cans because it is still a fish protein like the Artic Char, and both cats love that, too.  I'm happy to say that the only time my cats vomit now is after they steal hay from my house rabbits, and the overweight cat has lost 4 pounds!!!! YAY!!!!   By the way, my vet said that free feeding leads to overweight pets, so I measure out each feeding of canned; and I still give them dry food as well - the younger one to keep his teeth from building up too much tartar, but for the older one with hardly any teeth left I wet it and let the kibble absorb the water for about 10 minutes before I give it to her.  Once or twice I didn't let the kibble get soft enough, and she did vomit almost immediately after eating it, but that was my fault.
