This product is genuinely very good. I noticed clear and significant differences after using it, especially in digestion. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning that the taste isn’t great. It’s true that it doesn’t taste like a juice or a cocktail, but that’s not what this is. The flavour is absolutely drinkable and not unpleasant. It’s similar to diluted pineapple juice without sugar. Honestly, with the results I’m getting, the taste doesn’t matter to me at all. The improvement in digestion and bowel movements is very noticeable and, for me, that’s what counts. The results speak for themselves. I’m very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it.

Works brilliantly for regular bowel movements
Ive struggled for years with bowel movement and gp put me on laxido, fibre gels and night time laxatives, all of which are harsh on your insides. On my second bottle of this and I haven't taken a laxative in 2 wks (going to the toilet normally). Just purchased more from H&B as half price in sale. Excellent item would definitely. Taste is ok too

Looks like pineapple juice but not any pineapple taste.
On my final week of 4. Not seen any real changes yet, apart from the colour of my poo (too much info I know😅) I really like pineapple but can’t say I could taste any pineapple flavour, I will say it’s not unpleasant though. Maybe if it comes on offer on prime again I may try the 3 months pack. Like most people I haven’t got much money to experiment with on different items.

Great gut health product
I am currently on munjaro but am suffering in my gut due to the medication slowing it down. Symprove helped it and it has been fine ever since. I enjoyed the pineapple flavour and took it first thing in the morning. Improved my gut health very effective. Great product.

Not sure this product is suitable for everyone. I will persevere with the amount I’ve purchased and then consider whether to continue with more. It is expensive.

Left an unpleasant aftertaste
Wasn’t an overly nice after taste which then repeated on me all day. Will try another flavour but the pineapple one wasn’t great
