Product Failed on First UseI purchased this tub with high expectations, but unfortunately it broke from both sides during my very first use. The setup was done properly, without any unusual handling, and the size was appropriate. Despite that, the material gave way almost immediately.This was very disappointing, as I expected better durability and quality for the price. I would appreciate if customer service could reach out to assist with a return or resolution.

We wanted an ice plunge bath for months but couldn't afford the price. Then we found this unit and it was everything we'd hoped for! It is a large bath that I fit well in, even at 6'2 and 220 lbs. It is classy looking and fits really well in my garage. It was easy to setup and the cleaning instructions are clear and easy. We have emptied it entirely once and put it away; it folded up nicely and was very easy to stash in a closet for a couple days. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great plunge bath.

It's ok. But not worth the money. First one leaked like crazy from the valve. The top inflatable section also leaked. Cover leaked. It is only 49" longNot the 55 it's advertised as. It does assemble easy .Amazon replaced the first one. The second leaks at the valve as well, however a few wraps of Teflon tape were enough to seal this one up. Definitely a better fit on the threads on this one.This one I already got to try out. It's definitely big enough to be comfortable and deep enough to sit up to my neck without an issue and I'm 6 ft. The sides do seem to be bowing out. Not sure this will last very long. Not super impressed. But I'll give it a few days and see how it holds ypm

My husband uses this. It is on our patio, we had to buy several other "things" to make it stay clean and working. He has a whole system and likes it. Make sure you clean it! The sides do tend to bend a bit and collapse in on themselves when you are not using it and we put a weight on the top to keep it covered. I like the padding effect of the sides and the base is pretty sturdy.

It's very functional for your ice baths, fits anywhere, and easy to carry. Thick resistant material, Looks nice, very easy to drain.
