Vitamix Propel Series 750 Blender, Professional-Grade, 64-oz Low Profile Container, White

Alright, so the wife said we needed “more vitamins” in our diet, and apparently this blender is the answer. I’m not gonna lie, when I opened the box I thought it looked like something NASA would use to launch a hamster into space. Dials and switches and stuff... But hey, I’m a dad, I don’t read instructions — I just plug things in and see what happens. First attempt: I threw in some frozen fruit, yogurt, and about a pound of peanut butter. I didn’t put the lid on tight. Let’s just say the kitchen walls are now… strawberry-banana beige. The kids were thrilled, though. Second attempt went better. But here’s the thing: the smoothies this thing makes are AWESOME! Even the kids drank it without making faces, which is a miracle in itself. The motor is loud enough to wake the entire household, but in a “Dad’s doing something heroic in the kitchen” kind of way, so I don’t mind. Cleanup is “easy” if you remember to rinse it right away. If not, you’re chiseling cemented blueberry mush out of the blades at 10 p.m. while questioning your life choices. Overall: Solid!. 5 stars but because it should come with a warning label that says “This blender will repaint your kitchen if you don’t secure the lid like a responsible adult.”

This was the best Vitamix I have bought! Very quiet and goes through the dishwasher great. Makes perfect smoothies!

This is much more than what I thought it would be - family size Vitamin - purchase during prime day to replace an older mixer.

This is a simple to operate blender. I like that! I purchased the white and later purchased the smaller stainless container for blending soups. It is LOUD but I don't mind. You do have to use the tamper to incorporate the frozen ingredients. I think this is because the low profile makes the container wider (but that's just a guess). I purchased to make almond butter, smoothies and soup. So far, so good.
