Polono portable printer: Works as should , easy setup but I did have an issue when trying to connect through bluetooth to my iMac . For the comfort of printing your own paper work when on the go this printer will be the one for me>. I printed things from my phone through the app and all was flawless. I connected the iMac that didn’t want to work through bluetooth and all worked out well! Here’s where I got excited IT HAS A BUILT IN 2000mAh battery for on the go printing. Been using it for three days now and I am satisfied that this will be my go to printer when on the road. Would love it to print in color but I guess that’s in the future. Prints faster than my hp4654. Best thing about this printer is how light it is and you can carry it anywhere once charged. Clever printer if I say so my self. Would love if it came with a carry case that would be wonderful. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Wouldn't Recommend This Printer to Anyone! I initially bought this printer, and everything seemed fine at first. The setup was easy, and it worked great for the first few days. However, just a week later, it stopped printing altogether. I spent over an hour troubleshooting, restarting the printer, clearing the print queue, checking for updates, and even restarting my computer multiple times — all for nothing. The printer just showed “idle” and nothing happened when I tried to print. After some time, the status changed to “error printing” in the queue, and still, no print job went through. Even though it was connected and showing paper loaded, I could tell something was seriously wrong. The software was confusing, and the settings didn’t match up to what I actually needed. The paper size options were baffling, and when I tried to correct the issue, it still wouldn’t cooperate. I have spent more time trying to make this printer work than I ever did printing anything with it. This is not what I expected when I bought it. I shouldn't have to waste so much time just to print a simple document. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This printer is a waste of money and time, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing experience all around.

Great product!! I’ve used it for two weeks now for multiple reasons and I will say that the POLONO D810 Portable Bluetooth Thermal Printer is designed for convenience! I think it’s an excellent choice for professionals and travelers who need a compact, inkless printing solution when they are on the go. It’s small, 8.5" x 11", and works seamlessly with my devices. I have an iphone 16 and a MacBook Air. The POLONO worked great with both! Pros: Inkless Technology – You won’t run out of ink, making it cost-effective and hassle-free. Portable & Lightweight – Because this is small enough to fit in a backpack, it’s perfect for travel! Wireless Connectivity – Pairs easily via Bluetooth with smartphones and laptops. Decent Print Quality – The quality isn’t high-res but the documents come out clear and nice. Long Battery Life – The battery life lasts a long time!! Cons: Limited to Black & White - not ideal for all situations Requires Special Thermal Paper – Note: standard printer paper won’t work. Overall the POLONO D810 is a great choice for those who need a reliable, portable, and cost-efficient printer for work, travel, or home use. While it’s not ideal for graphics-heavy prints, it’s great for every other reason. So, if you need a no-fuss, travel-friendly printer, this one is worth considering!

This is really a great-quality black-and-white printer, especially good for text, but also surprisingly good image quality as well. It's heavy for its size, which indicates durability. That said, it's tiny (for a printer), and easily fits into my backpack with my laptop. I thought it would hold a roll of paper inside it, but it does not. It does, however, come with its own z-fold paper (like a sample quantity). For Android use, it does require that printing be done through the free Labelnize app, and not through the system print function. That would have been a nice feature. The Labelnize app itself is easy enough to navigate, and comes with a great archive of fonts, templates, tattoos, and a lot of other content. Plus there's even an AI image generator you can play with. I can hear it when it's printing on a page, but it's not loud. It is fast, and operates just fine for a long while on its own built-in battery.

The printer is great, the downside is that you have to order special paper for it. Also it's hard to get the paper to feed through the printer exactly straight If you are only very occasionally printing it's perfect but it's not meant for heavy regular use
