45 is a Great fit but does not float
Installed this on my presidential comemeritive Trump 45 2020 gun.It fits perfect and looks great again.Update: when I reached over to lip my fish, the gun slipped out of its holster and fell into the lake. Never to be seen again :(

Fit perfectly, first time go on brand new slide. Now my 45 ACP is fully functional and clearly labeled. This is the second backplate I’ve purchased, the other required some sanding but this bad boy slid in smooth.
