This place value white board is just what I needed to help my grandson with learning place value in math. It washes off easily and my grandson likes using it over paper and pencil. I just wish it had more categories so I could easily write larger numbers.

My seven-year-old is having a hard time with his math homework, we bought this as a little extra help on the side and it is working so well I love the dry erase so we’re not wasting a bunch of paper

At first I thought “what a waste of money”. It only took my kid once to realize “oh now I get it, that’s how it works!” But after a couple weeks trying to explain it, apparently all that was needed were the handy little boxes and arrows. She got it right away using this! It worked for us.

I like the color as students can easily follow the procedures of multiplying, subtracting and bringing down numbers through the color-coded sections. I am questioning its durability as the board material tends to keep the marks of students who write heavy and push down hard.
