Does this tea have caffeine in it or is it decaffeinated?

Certain herbal varieties are decaf. Black, white and green teas all have varying amounts of caffeine. Stick to herbal teas and read the ingredients to make sure that there is no caffeine. Hope this helps!

Each individual packet will make one serving of tea. On average .10-.15oz per serving depending on how light or dense the tea mixture is. So if I had to give you an estimate, I would say that the entire kit is around 2.oz. total of loose tea.

What is the sugar content of one serving?

Carbs are less than 1gram per serving. I have to remain conscious of my carbs because I am on an insulin pump. They have labors but the carb was far less than what I can even consider dosing for.
