Terrible to put together, amazing couch. It was just super hard to lock in, you need 2-3 people. Butttt, it’s actually firm, comfortable, and a perfect size. I’m 5’2” so take that with a grain of salt, but it fits in my office so nicely and I love the softness of the material and cushy-ness of the cushions!

Perfect size for my small space, I really love the material, and it was super easy to put together! Cushions are quite firm but I think it’s comfortable, I fall asleep on it all the time. Took off one star only because one of the legs on the chaise part did not screw in right, almost like it was stripped. I was able to make it work, but it would most likely fall apart if you were to jump on the couch. Overall super impressed with the quality. I love the color too, it said gray but it’s blueish gray and it’s perfect! The corduroy is great and the fabric seems to be great quality. The back rest cushions are super fluffy and comfy, I love that they Velcro to the back of the couch so they always stay in place.

Once we received all the pieces, the couch is PERFECT!!! The color, the size, the style, LOVE IT!!! It's actually a bit more comfortable than I thought it would be. Putting it together was super easy! Love the storage it provides. The built in charger outlet, super convenient. Love that we can turn it into a bed with the pullout. 10/10

The couch is not grey, it's blue. I only emphasize this because I really wanted a grey couch for my living room theme. At first i thought i was color blind but i bought this grey carpet in the photo so you can see. If you're looking for a grey couch then this is not it. Its not even a dark grey. Its blue. The couch is also super small and low. If you have good knees then fine but my mother complains. Because the couch is small in size I had to purchase an extra piece making the total almost 750. Worth it? Mmm not really. Positives. It is super easy to build with the instructions. Couch pulls out into a bed easily. Not a super comfortable bed but if its a one night sleep for a guest than its fine. Ive had it for almost 2 months and I'm not a fan of it.

I am really disappointed with this couch. The dimensions listed in the product description are not accurate. It is advertised as being 81 inches long, but the couch measures only 77 inches. The seat cushion depth is also supposed to be 22 inches, but it’s actually about 20 inches, which makes a noticeable difference in comfort and seating space. On top of the incorrect sizing, the couch itself is extremely firm and uncomfortable to sit on. I purchased this expecting the size and comfort that were advertised, but unfortunately it falls short on both. If the actual dimensions had been listed correctly, I likely would have chosen a different option.

I am so much more impressed with this couch than i expected to be. It fits perfectly into my space, the storage is great and I love that it pulls out! It’s surprisingly comfortable and I love the option for the charging ports. I am really happy with the customer service team! I put this together back in January and the backrest on the chaise seemed loose. I thought it was something I’d done wrong or that maybe the connection was loose but I finally realized earlier this week that it was broken. I sent some pictures to customer service and they sent an entire new chaise to replace this one! Overall a really great experience and an excellent couch for such a low price.

We bought this for our camper, as the original sofa was peeling badly. It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband & I are in our 70’s & we managed it just fine. Our concern when shopping was getting it through our RV door, as our door is narrow. But the sofa came in sections , so we put it together in the RV. It’s very comfortable, including the pull out bed.

I bought this for my small apartment about 3 months ago and it fits and looks amazing. The plug in that come in the couch are so convenient. My only downside is the cushions while they are comfortable, they are slightly more firm that it looks. This is something I just had to get used to but if you’re looking for a more comfy cozy couch I would find something else. This couch is still comfortable but not rotting on all day comfortable. As well, it is very soft and so far has held up very nice.
