This is a very complete and nicely organized kit. The link to the YouTube video mentioned in the description comes from the seller to your Amazon account email, so expect to receive it there. That being said, since all of the components are already installed on the new screen, you only need to remove two screws that hold the screen in the case and 3 screws that hold the ribbon cable retainer in place. You then remove the ribbon cables, which detaches the old screen. Attach the ribbon cables from the new screen, screw the retainer back over the ribbon cables, press the screen back into the case and install the 2 case screws and you are done. It works great and even comes with a screen protector that you can put over the new screen to help keep the new screen safe.

The screen is hard to read because of how dim it is and the lack of contrast. It's shocking that such poor quality screen is allowed to be sold on Amazon.

This areplacement very easy to install but maany functions are not working.After replacement of screen, camera in infront not working.I cannot hear voice with out ear phone. I don't know how can I solve this problem.

The screen I received suffered from the known hairline issue (so known that it is the single cracking screen that Apple will replace under Apple Care for free). The LCD inside got a single hairline crack from simply pressing the screen in with my thumb. Beware that you might get a hairline crack if you use your thumb on your screen... I have an old screen that works fine but the frame is bent because my mom used this phone with the battery bulge default for months...) I just wanted the easy solution with this (already put together). It looks like I'll have to take it apart again and just to replace the LCD now :/.
