Best bang for the buck. In my opinion, best suited for Medium Range car and dual axle landscaping trailers. Two Hardened Bolts were included. Holes for mounting to your existing plate are half inch and are not included. If you choose the bolt on method instead of welding you will not be able to adjust the ring up and down. The head of the mounting bolt will prevent adjustment. Very pleased with this product. Money well spent.

For the price, it’s nice but the spacing between ring and the mounting bracket is two big, had to add some washers to take out the play.
