I use these on my DW849x. I have not found a better or tougher pad than 3M and the perfect-it ex line are hard to beat and work "perfect" with this line of pads.I put a wool pad on a swirl making high speed rotary polisher( 3000rpm) and did the door on my service truck with compound. Swirls galore, then I put this pad on my DeWalt running at 1200rpm, with the perfect-it polish and this pad, the swirls disappeared!I highly recommend the white/black/blue 3M pads and the corresponding perfect-it compound/polish.

I took on the task of polishing my 2015 vehicle which had some water staining from running the truck through the car wash. Using the 3M polishing compound #2 and the Foam Polishing Pad, the truck looks like new again.

As with all 3M product, works great. Used with correct polish/compound and has helped make the vehicle acquire a deep shine for a lot less than paying the body shop!

We are polishing large sections of stainless steel to get mirror finish look. We are using quite a few of these and will continue to do so.

Greatest pad for my boat and some finess- it 2 polish. 12 year old boat and she looks brand new. New pads make polishing a breeze

Only 1 pad.. these are double the cost of regular 3m pads..got me..but need to keep it to do the job.
