I use it on the outside of my windows on both autos, which are factory tinted but do not use it on the inside of the auto that I had tinted on the inside.

Yes, this can be used externally on Subaru models equipped with Eyesight. If cleaning the interior glass be sure to follow the owner's manual instructions and cover the eyesight lenses prior to spraying this (on the windshield) to prevent overspray on the camera lenses. Do not spray, wipe or clean in any way the Eyesight lenses per the owners manual.

When using on glass shower doors, will it emit strong fumes?

We use this product daily and have not detected any fumes
